Artem

Artem, originally from Central Ukraine, began his educational journey there at the Medical College, where he specialized as a dental technician. Later, he pursued his dream at Poltava State Medical University, dedicating six years to achieve his goal of becoming a dentist. Artem’s unwavering commitment to healthcare and dentistry shines through during his tenure as an assistant to Dr. Arthur, where he consistently makes a positive impact.

Donna

Donna is an accomplished dental professional at Evolution Endodontics, drawing from a diverse background. Despite entering the dentistry field later in her life, she has excelled, leveraging skills acquired from various roles.

As a devoted mother of two remarkable women and a proud grandmother to two exceptional young men and one remarkable young lady, Donna’s greatest achievement lies in family. Beyond that, her journey includes owning a restaurant and stepping into management at a young age.

In 2016, Donna seized the opportunity to specialize as an endodontic assistant, working closely with Dr. Soucie. Since then, she has honed her skills and gained extensive knowledge in the dental field.

Sierra

Sierra is an experienced surgical assistant who has collaborated closely with Dr. Soucie since 2014. After a brief hiatus to be a stay-at-home parent for her two children, Charlie and Colton, Sierra returned to work with Dr. Soucie in 2023.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a certificate in Entrepreneurship from Colorado State University, Sierra brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and business acumen to their role. As a Colorado native, they cherish outdoor activities such as hiking with their dog and spending quality time playing with their kids.

Erika

Erika, a near-native of Colorado, has a deep connection to the outdoors. Her family relocated from Cincinnati, Ohio, to Morrison, CO, when she was just three years old. Growing up, Erika developed a love for nature that persists to this day.

When she’s not spending time with her 15-year-old son and five nephews, you’ll find Erika fly-fishing in Deckers or honing her skills with her pink compound bow. Her adventurous spirit extends beyond the dental office!

Erika has dedicated eleven years to the endodontic field, with the last eight spent alongside Dr. Soucie. From Castle Rock Endodontics to Evolution Endodontics and Periodontics, she has witnessed a remarkable journey. Erika appreciates the patient-centered approach of both Dr. Soucie and Dr. Arthur, making each day at work fulfilling. She eagerly looks forward to meeting you and assisting with your dental needs.

Greg

Greg hails from Houston, Texas, and made his way to Colorado to pursue a football career at Colorado State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree. Following his time on the football field, Greg transitioned into the dental field.

For over a year now, Greg has been an integral part of Dr. Soucie’s team. In his dual role as a front desk coordinator and an endodontic assistant, he thrives in the dynamic work environment. Greg finds joy in his work and appreciates the abundant opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Kourtney

Kourtney, our dedicated front office coordinator, adeptly manages scheduling, billing, insurance, and general office tasks. Known as the “concierge” of our practice, Kourtney is the go-to person for any inquiries you may have. Her warm and helpful demeanor ensures that patients feel welcome and supported.

Originally from Houston, Texas, Kourtney recently made the move to Colorado after attending The University of Texas in Austin. Growing up in the dental field, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for helping people. Whether assisting with administrative matters or providing friendly guidance, Kourtney is committed to ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Beyond her role as a front office coordinator, Kourtney wears another important hat: that of a proud dog mom. Her 3-year-old miniature dachshund, Dash Hound, keeps her company during her Colorado adventures. When she’s not at work, Kourtney enjoys exploring the beauty of her new home state.

Devin

Devin, one of the front office coordinators at Evolution Endodontics and Periodontics, brings a fresh perspective to the dental field. Born and raised in colorful Colorado, Devin’s passion for helping people led her on a unique journey.

With six years of administrative experience under her belt, Devin transitioned from earning a certificate in Emergency Medicine in 2019 to her current role. At the practice, she warmly greets patients, assists with check-in procedures, and addresses any account-related inquiries. Devin’s unwavering commitment is to ensure that every patient has a positive experience and feels at ease.

Beyond work, Devin wears two important hats: that of a devoted mother to her one-year-old son (who keeps her on her toes!) and a loving wife. When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her embracing the great outdoors with family and friends, snowboarding, and enjoying the tunes of country music.

Cari

Cari, with 15 years of experience in the dental field, has worn multiple hats throughout her career. Starting as a dental assistant, she quickly progressed to roles such as Treatment Coordinator and Dental Manager, accumulating valuable insights along the way.

During her tenure in general dentistry, Cari not only acquired valuable insights into insurance processes but also established a robust foundation in various aspects of dental care. In 2024, she made the transition to the specialty field of Endodontics and Periodontics, becoming an integral part of the Evolution Endodontics and Periodontics team.

Cari’s passion lies in collaborating with other dental professionals to create a welcoming environment where patients feel genuinely cared for. Having undergone significant dental work herself, she empathizes with patients’ fears and concerns about treatment costs.
As a Colorado native, Cari enjoys the great outdoors—whether it’s spending time in her backyard, crafting, or exploring with family and friends. With 18 years of marriage and two children, she brings a wealth of life experience to her role.

Sheree

Sheree is a dedicated and skilled dental hygienist with 17 years of experience in providing comprehensive oral care and hygiene services. In 2007 she graduated from San Joaquin Valley College as a Dental Hygienist. Sheree is passionate about educating patients on the importance of oral health and implementing preventative dental care practices.

Throughout her career, Sheree has gained extensive experience in periodontal therapy and the use of advanced dental technologies, including laser therapy. This expertise makes her proficient in a wide range of dental hygiene procedures. She is committed to helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health.

Sheree continuously strives to enhance her skills by staying updated with the latest advancements in dental hygiene through ongoing education and professional development. As an active member of the American Dental Hygienists Association (ADHA), she collaborates with peers and contributes to the dental hygiene community.
Outside of the dental office, Sheree enjoys spending time with her husband, children, extended family, and friends. As a mother of five children ranging from 12 to 26 years old, she leads a busy life. When she’s not with her family or working as a dental hygienist, you’ll find her immersed in books about psychology, self-improvement, crime, and faith-based topics.
